Welcome to the Technology-enhanced (TeL) Learning Centre @ Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo.
The TeL programmes use a Blended Learning approach, which combines online learning (e-Learning)
and traditional didactic teaching to deliver quality educational programmes to those,
who ordinarily, may not have been able to acquire them.
